I wanted to design something simple and geometric, using only straight lines and sharp shapes, without any curves. The square structure of the letters is also where the name “Squarepath” comes from.
To give the typeface more character, I played with longer lines and extended parts of certain letters, making it feel a bit different from a regular geometric font. The result is a clean but slightly unusual typeface that can work especially well for titles, posters and more experimental layouts.
